Vision and Mission

The Vision explains the long term roadmap of an organization. Its future planning how the organization plans to work and for whom. It works as a guiding principle how the team, family or the institution should plan their work of action in the near future.

The Mission describes those goals which are to be achieved in the short run. These are the minor goals and has to be achieved by each and everyone so that the organization as a whole should collectively target the Long Term Vision of the organization.
